What you will do:
  • Provide dedicated support and key working to service users with substance misuse issues, focusing on both drugs and alcohol.

  • Engage with service users actively, facilitating recovery-focused activities and empowering them toward positive change.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to offer comprehensive care and support within the community.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with organisational policies and legal obligations.
Requirements:
  • Possess a valid DBS on the update service.
  • Demonstrable experience in dealing with substance misuse, including profound knowledge of drugs and alcohol issues.
  • Adept caseload management skills combined with strong key working expertise.
  • Solid understanding of harm reduction strategies and recovery models.
