Hampshire County Council is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our Reablement Service on a full-time basis. You will undertake home visits, conduct holistic assessments, and plan interventions to support independence in daily living.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will lead on complex cases, supervise staff where needed, and ensure compliance with social care legislation and HCPC standards to deliver high-quality outcomes.
