Leicestershire County Council is recruiting for a HART service role at County Hall, Leicester. The post supports domiciliary care, reablement, and timely hospital discharge, with a rolling 365-day rota from 7am to 10:30pm and regular weekends in scope.
DBS is required and flexible working options may be discussed. Ideal candidates will bring GCSEs including English, local government experience in Adult Social Care, risk management ability, teamwork, and strong ICT and Microsoft Office skills.
