This is a highly visible, customer-facing role focused on ensuring healthcare organisations achieve maximum value from their technology investment.
Acting as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of customers, you will build strong partnerships with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders, helping them optimise workflows, increase adoption and deliver measurable improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing long-term customer relationships across NHS and independent healthcare organisations.
- Leading regular business reviews, health checks and customer engagement activities.
- Providing expert guidance on radiology workflows and best practice utilisation of software solutions.
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer outcomes, increase adoption and support account growth.
- Collaborating closely with implementation, support, product and commercial teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Acting as the voice of the customer and helping shape future product development through customer feedback and market insight.
- Supporting retention, renewals and expansion opportunities across the customer base.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have first-hand experience working within radiology environments and understand the operational challenges faced by imaging departments.
Suitable backgrounds may include:
- PACS Manager
- Senior Radiographer
- Clinical Applications Specialist
- Radiology Systems Manager
- Imaging Informatics Specialist
- Customer Success or Account Management professional with a radiology software background
You will possess:
- Strong understanding of NHS radiology workflows, imaging systems and departmental operations.
- Credibility to engage with radiographers, radiologists, PACS teams, service managers and healthcare leaders.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and consultative approach to customer engagement.
- The ability to conduct business reviews, identify improvement opportunities and drive long-term customer success.
- Commercial awareness, although a traditional sales background is not essential.
- Salary of approximately £55,000-£75,000 depending on experience.
- Performance-related bonus.
