- On-demand payWe’re looking for:

- Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
- Must hold a Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or working towards Level
3)- 24 hours per week, including alternate weekends- A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities

Your role :

- Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care
- Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence
- Administer medication safely and accurately
- Contribute to and review care plans
- Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement
- Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed
