As an Adult Clinical Assessor in Luton
, you'll use the skills you've already developed — clinical reasoning, assessment, communication and professional judgement — in a completely different working environment.
You'll conduct telephone and face-to-face assessments on behalf of the DWP
, exploring how health conditions and disabilities affect an individual's daily life and functional ability.
You'll review medical evidence, ask the right questions and produce clear, objective reports.
No previous assessor experience required. Full paid training provided.

Who We're Looking For We're looking for healthcare professionals with:
- Active NMC, HCPC or GPhC registration
- At least 1 year of post-registration adult clinical experience
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Good IT skills
- Confidence working independently
- The ability to analyse complex clinical information
