The role focuses on direct clinical assessments, crisis intervention, and coordinating urgent responses within a 24/7 service across Dorset.
Full and part‑time shifts are available, including weekends and nights. A Recruitment Premium of £3,000 on commencement and a retention premium of £1,500 per year (pro‑rata)
