Salary & Package:

Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months
First-Year Earning Potential: £29,000 – £30,000 including commission

About the Role:

Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
Identify and win new business through sales calls and face to face client visits
Source,interviewand match candidates to suitable roles
Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with full support and training

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM with 1 hour lunch break

Office based role.

A full current driving licence may be required for client visits.
