37-hour week, flexible working scheme including a shorter working day on Fridays (07:00-13:00).

A leading manufacturer based in Luton is actively seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their in-house HR Department.

We are focused on identifying someone with strong generalist HR experience, particularly in areas such as employee relations, apprenticeships/early careers, and employee engagement.

You must be comfortable working in a practical, delivery-focused capacity.

The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Manager and HR & Administration Assistant, adopting a collaborative and proactive approach to support the business across a wide range of HR activities.

You will also support the payroll process alongside the Finance & Payroll Team.

We are keen to find someone who is looking for stability in this type of role, rather than someone seeking rapid progression to a more senior position in the short term.

Applications are invited from experienced HR practitioners including HR Business Partners, HR Generalists, etc who have worked in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Applicants should be CIPD Level 5 or have equivalent experience.

Previous experience of apprenticeships and early careers programmes would be beneficial, as would experience of working with trade unions.
