The Team

Our Reward Team plays a key role in shaping how we attract, retain and reward our people. Working closely with HR, Payroll and business stakeholders, the team delivers fair, competitive and commercially focused reward programmes that support our people strategy and business goals.

The Role

As Reward Specialist, you'll be a subject matter expert within the Reward Team, taking ownership of some of our most critical annual reward deliverables while helping to evolve and improve how reward is delivered across easy

Jet.

You’ll own and project manage key reward processes, including the annual salary and bonus review cycle, year end reward activity, equal pay analysis, statutory pay reporting and salary benchmarking. You'll provide expert guidance to stakeholders, use Workday and advanced Excel to ensure the integrity of reward data and frameworks, and help strengthen reward governance, controls and continuous improvement across reward policies, processes and systems.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Owning, leading and project managing the annual salary and bonus review cycle from planning and data preparation through to delivery, governance and post cycle review.
  • Coordinating key year end reward activity, ensuring timelines, data, approvals and communications are managed effectively.
  • Managing the development and maintenance of salary ranges, pay frameworks and reward practices.
  • Leading the annual equal pay review and providing meaningful analysis and recommendations.
  • Owning statutory pay reporting requirements, ensuring compliance, accuracy and robust controls.
  • Acting as the lead for job architecture governance and maintaining job framework data within Workday.
  • Managing salary survey submissions, salary benchmarking activity and external market data interpretation to provide actionable insights.
  • Providing reward expertise and guidance to HR teams, Finance, Payroll, senior leaders and business stakeholders.
  • Using advanced Excel, Workday reporting and data analysis to maintain reward systems and data that support benchmarking, job evaluation and pay review activity.
  • Delivering reward projects and identifying opportunities to improve processes, governance and controls across BAU reward activity.
  • Building strong cross functional relationships and influencing stakeholders to support fair, commercial and well governed reward decisions.
  • Supporting and coaching colleagues on reward related queries and best practice.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Strong reward or compensation experience gained within a large, complex organisation.
  • Hands on experience of annual salary and bonus review cycles, year end reward activity, benchmarking, salary surveys and reward governance.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, including working with large datasets, complex calculations, modelling, reconciliation and quality checking.
