Human Resources Policy Advisor

We are looking for an HR Policy Manager to lead the end to end lifecycle of People Policies across a UK, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man operation.

You will be the go to expert on employment legislation for senior People leadership, owning the quality and legal robustness of policies while shaping strategy in partnership with senior stakeholders.

What you will do

Lead policy creation, development, governance and change; act as SME on employment law; manage compliance activity including audits and inspections; support Risk, Compliance and GDPR reporting; represent the business externally with bodies such as the CBI and UK Hospitality.

What we are looking for

Strong UK employment law and Employee Relations background in a fast paced, commercial environment. Proven project and change management experience. Confident influencing senior stakeholders. CIPD accreditation desirable.
