HR Advisor

HR Advisor – 6 week contract – £200 a day – Hybrid

We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Advisor to join a busy HR team. This role would suit someone with HR and employee relations experience who also has excellent administration, reporting and data-gathering skills.

What you will be doing:

• Maintain and update HR trackers, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Gather, organise and analyse HR data.
• Produce reports and management information when required.
• Support the administration of occupational health referrals and related documentation.
• Help coordinate long-term sickness cases and maintain accurate case records.
• Prepare documentation, correspondence and meeting notes.
• Provide general administrative support across the wider HR team.
• Handle confidential and sensitive employee information appropriately.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience within an HR, employee relations or people-administration role.
• Some experience supporting employee relations and absence-management cases.
• Excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Strong data-gathering and reporting capabilities.
• Confident using Microsoft Excel and maintaining detailed trackers.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
