The People & Culture Advisor blends hands-on P&C operational delivery with genuine business partnering: you will be a visible, trusted first point of contact for managers across OAG, coaching them through everyday people matters, guiding them on policy and employee relations, and helping them lead their teams with confidence.
Reporting to the Head of P&C Operations and working closely with the wider P&C team, you will keep core people processes running smoothly worldwide while building the kind of manager relationships that let you spot issues early, advise with credibility and shape better outcomes. Based in Luton or Lithuania, with regular travel across all OAG locations, you will work with increasing autonomy, contribute to process improvements and help build a globally aligned, employee-centred people function.
It is an ideal opportunity for an HR professional who wants to develop real partnering skills alongside a broad, internationally grounded operational foundation, and to progress towards a Business Partner career path.
