Regulatory Compliance Specialist

You will be the go-to HR Partner for Area Managers, Store Managers and Deputy Managers, driving performance management, employee relations and people initiatives across your region.
This is a field-based role; expect to be in stores at least three days a week, building relationships and solving problems on the ground while shaping the colleague lifecycle and policy
