As a Payroll Administrator, you'll be responsible for processing a high-volume payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies. You'll work closely with HR, finance, and your payroll colleagues to deliver a seamless service to our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Process end-to-end payroll for a large number of employees across multiple pay cycles.
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Reconcile payroll reports and handle queries promptly and professionally.
- Liaise with HMRC and external bodies as needed.
- Support process improvements and contribute to team projects.
- Previous experience processing high volume payroll (essential).
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
