IT Support Engineer We’re looking for a skilled and driven IT Systems Engineer to help design, build, and support our modern IT infrastructure. What You’ll Do Design and support servers, storage, networks, and CCTV systems Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive) Configure and maintain routers, switches (L2/L3), firewalls, VPNs, and Wi-Fi Manage AD, Azure AD, and system security including MFA & conditional access Provide Level 2/3 support, resolving complex technical issues Drive improvements in system performance, reliability, and security Key Technical Skills Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration Solid networking skills: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs

Experience with firewalls & wireless technologies Knowledge of Windows Server & Active Directory Power Shell scripting for automation Microsoft Intune experience (nice to have) What You Bring 3–5 years in IT infrastructure or systems engineering Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience Certifications preferred:
CompTIA A/Network, M365/Azure Fundamentals, CCNA/CCNP Great problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills This is an onsite role
