As a UX Designer for CRO/Experimentation, you’ll design and deliver A/B and multivariate tests across easy

Jet’s digital platforms, creating seamless and engaging experiences for millions of customers.

• Design user experiences and UI solutions for experimentation and optimisation activity
• Collaborate with Product Owners, analysts, developers and designers across the business
• Gather and interpret design and testing requirements with stakeholders
• Create wireframes, prototypes and polished design solutions in Figma
• Support user research and validation using a range of methodologies and tools
• Use platforms such as Userlytics to understand customer behaviour and experience
• Contribute to continuous improvement of CRO processes and team efficiency
• Ensure designs are aligned to accessibility standards and easy

• Extensive experience in UX and UI design, CRO design, product design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating customer‑focused digital design work
• Experience designing for web and mobile products
• Good understanding of CSS and HTML
• Experience using user testing platforms such as Userlytics
• Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping
• Experience working within agile delivery environments
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with JIRA or similar project management platforms
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
• Proactive mindset with confidence to challenge existing approaches and drive innovation
