Job Overview

Be all you can be with Hamberley. We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead digital presence, launch our new website, drive enquiries and support marketing goals.

Hybrid role: 2–3 days a week in Luton, with site visits as required.

• Build relationships with stakeholders to create engaging digital content for social media.
• Lead the build and launch of our new website – planning content, creating and optimising pages, ensuring a smooth, on‑time go‑live.
• Own on‑page and technical SEO at launch and beyond, working with an SEO partner to protect rankings through migration and grow organic visibility.
• Maintain the site post‑launch, keeping content accurate, relevant and continuously optimised for CRO and UX.
• Develop and execute multi‑channel digital campaigns across paid search (PPC), paid social, display and organic, aligned to occupancy and enquiry targets.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with paid search and SEO agencies, ensuring work is aligned to strategy, budget and timelines.
• Plan, execute and optimise organic and paid social across Facebook, Instagram and Linked In.
• Create high‑quality digital assets for web, social and campaigns, maintaining a consistent brand tone.
• Continuously test new tools and approaches, ensuring quality, brand consistency and GDPR compliance.
• Track performance across the funnel using Google Analytics and ad platforms – traffic, engagement, conversion, cost per enquiry and return on ad spend.
• Provide regular performance reports with actionable recommendations and use insight to improve lead generation.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to spot emerging trends and growth opportunities within the care sector.

• Proven experience in a digital marketing role spanning website management, SEO, paid media and content.
• Hands‑on experience building and optimising websites (Word Press or similar CMS) and managing or supporting a launch or migration.
• Strong working knowledge of SEO, SEM/PPC and paid social.
• Confident using AI tools to work faster and smarter, with an appetite to keep learning.
• Data‑driven approach with confidence in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and campaign reporting to demonstrate ROI.
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, with a sharp eye for brand and detail.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Experience managing agency relationships and marketing budgets.
• Understanding of CRO and UX principles.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as Claude, including using them to streamline content, research and reporting.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.

The role is hybrid – travel to our offices in Luton 2–3 days a week and regular travel to sites as required.
