TUI is seeking a CRM & Customer Analytics Manager to drive insights from customer data and optimise engagement across UKI. You’ll analyse CRM campaigns, support A/B testing, and help shape targeting strategies to boost retention and value growth.
Your experience in data analysis, SQL, and data visualisation, plus knowledge of CRM metrics and customer lifecycle concepts, will enable you to create actionable dashboards and reports that inform Marketing, Sales, and Digital teams.
