This luxury brand are seeking a Systems Analyst to provide day-to-day operational support across our IT systems, infrastructure, and cloud services — with a particular focus on our Microsoft 365 environment and user support, alongside contributing to our cyber security best practices and system integrity initiatives
.

This role will work closely with internal teams, external support partners, and technology vendors to ensure systems remain secure, reliable, and fit for purpose.

• Systems Support & Administration
• Provide technical support to end-users across head office, workshop, boutiques, and remote teams.
• Manage and administer the Microsoft 365 environment
  , including user accounts, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, and device security policies.
• Support troubleshooting and maintenance of business applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  , POS systems, and integrated third-party services.
• Cyber Security & Compliance
• Support the implementation and monitoring of cyber security best practices across the business.
• Administer security tools, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), mail filtering and Anti-Virus software.
• Participate in vulnerability management, incident response coordination, and system security reviews.
• Help maintain system documentation, asset registers, and records in line with IT policies and data protection regulations.
• Project Support
• Assist with IT infrastructure upgrades, cloud service migrations, and new system rollouts.
• Coordinate system testing, end-user training, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with external IT support providers on escalations, service improvements, and ongoing system enhancements.
• Process & Documentation
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT systems, configurations, procedures, and security protocols.
• Support the continuous improvement of IT operational processes and incident management workflows.

• Proven experience in a Systems Analyst, IT Support Analyst, or Desktop Support role, ideally within a retail, luxury, or manufacturing business environment.
• Strong hands‑on experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments (essential) — including Exchange, Entra, SharePoint, Teams, One Drive.
• Solid understanding of cyber security fundamentals — including access management, endpoint protection, MFA, secure cloud configuration, and vulnerability management.
• Exposure to, and understanding of compliance standards such as PCI and GDPR
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Mac OS, iOS, Print and network technology

• Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central desirable but not essential).
• Strong problem‑solving skills, customer service mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced business.
• Excellent documentation, organisational, and communication skills.
• Relevant Microsoft 365 or cyber security certifications desirable (e.g., MS-100, AZ-900, SC-900).
