Oracle Functional Lead

- Hybrid but with travel to Luton (2 days a week onsite) - Inside IR35, 12 months + extension - £Negotiable per day
Overview
We're seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Lead with experience of owning the functional design and implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance solutions across all finance work streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional solution design.
- Lead all functional consultants.
- Coordinate all finance process leads.
- Functional planning and horizon thinking.
- Govern fit-gap analysis and solution decisions.
- Ensure consistent adoption of Oracle standard functionality.
- Manage functional design authority and configuration governance.
- Support testing, training, cutover and deployment.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven track record of Oracle Fusion Financials implementation leadership.
- Previous experience in a large-scale multi-pillar finance transformation programme.
- Strong process design expertise.
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills - able to manage partners, vendors, and internal teams.
