We are seeking a highly skilled Aviation Underwriter to join a dynamic insurance environment. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of aviation risks, providing innovative and tailored solutions for clients.

• Underwrite a wide range of general aviation risks, including private aircraft, corporate aviation, and specialty exposures
• Assess and analyze risk submissions, including technical specifications, pilot experience, and operational factors
• Maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients, providing professional guidance and support
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate pricing, coverage, and risk management
• Monitor and manage portfolio performance, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines

• Proven experience in underwriting aviation risks
• Strong technical knowledge of aircraft operations, liability exposures, and aviation regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of risks.
• Professional qualifications (ACII, Dip CII, or equivalent) preferred.
