Responsibilities- Underwrite title insurance policies for complex commercial property transactions.
- Assess risk, review documentation, and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with brokers, lawyers, and clients to deliver efficient, high-quality solutions.
- Contribute to the development of new products and underwriting processes.
- Underwriter with proven experience in commercial title or W&I underwriting or broking, or corporate real estate lawyers with an interest in exploring within insurance.
