You will work on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, including:

Business acquisitions and employment aspects of corporate transactionsTUPE transfers

Collective redundancies and restructuring projects

Senior executive appointments and exits

Restrictive covenants and post-termination disputes

Employment contracts, policies and HR advisory work Complex Employment Tribunal litigation, including:

Whistleblowing claims

Discrimination claims

Breach of contract disputes

About You:

Newly Qualified Solicitor (or qualifying shortly)
Solid seat completed in employment law Excellent communication and client-care skills
