Summary
Job title: Solicitor / Supervisor – EL/PL
Location: UK-wide (Remote, Hybrid or Office – preference for Birmingham )
Salary: Up to £60,000
Role Overview
You’ll lead a small team managing litigated EL/PL claims, while also handling a personal caseload yourself.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and mentoring team members
- Monitoring performance, compliance and billing
- Managing workload allocation and risk escalation
- Building client relationships and supporting BD initiatives
This Role Is For You If You Have:
- Experience in EL/PL or PI claims
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- High attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and client handling abilities
