As part of their growing AI and software practice, you’ll work with pioneering clients — from emerging start‑ups and scale‑ups to some of the world’s largest tech companies — advising on complex, high‑value matters at the forefront of AI development.
The role- Drafting and prosecuting patent applications for a wide range of AI‑related innovations, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
- Providing strategic IP advice to clients developing novel software and hardware solutions.
- Managing a diverse portfolio of domestic and international clients, often working directly with inventors and R&D teams.
- Collaborating closely with other attorneys in cross‑disciplinary areas such as computer vision, robotics, and quantum computing.
- You’ll be a qualified (or soon‑to‑qualify) UK or European Patent Attorney with a strong academic background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience with AI or computer‑implemented inventions is essential.
- You’ll be commercially minded, client‑focused, and confident communicating complex ideas clearly.
