Full Opportunity Brief Employment Lawyer NQ + – Origin Legal LtdOrigin Legal Ltd, a respected regional law firm in Luton, is hiring a newly or recently qualified Employment Lawyer (NQ) to join its Employment team. The role offers a full‑time position with a competitive base salary and opportunities for client development and leadership.
Key Eligibility Criteria- Newly or recently qualified Employment Lawyer (NQ)
- Provide day‑to‑day employment advice for employers and employees.
- Negotiate settlement agreements.
- Handle Employment Tribunal work, including advocacy.
- Offer employment aspects of corporate support work (TUPE advice, due diligence, drafting and negotiating employment clauses in transaction documents).
- Develop and nurture a client base.
- Initiate business development activities (articles, webinars, networking).
- Provide leadership and supervision to trainees and junior team members.
Base pay range: £48,000 – £55,000 per year (paid).
