We're looking for a multi-skilled Facilities Maintenance Engineer to take ownership of a large, well-established site in Luton. This is a permanent, site-based role where you'll be the go-to technical presence, keeping the building and its services running smoothly.

🔧 What you'll be doing:

* Planned & reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance

* Daily, weekly & monthly compliance checks

* Managing site logbooks, records & inspections

* Coordinating contractors, permits & RAMS

* First-response maintenance and handyman duties

* Acting as the main technical point of contact on site

* Strong multi-skilled M&E maintenance experience

* Confident managing compliance and contractor control

* Organised, proactive and customer-focused

* Comfortable working independently and owning the site
