Field Retentions Engineer

Field Retentions Engineer - salary potential: £45,000 per annum (OTE)

Location: Luton & surrounding areas

Salary: £25,500 basic increasing with role progression plus uncapped commission (up to 50k OTE)

Job type: Full Time (40hrs per week)

Shift Pattern: 9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri)

Holidays: 29 days’ annual leave including bank holidays, increasing to 31 days after 1 year service

• Dealing with escalated high-level complaints
• Installing and providing technical assistance and routine maintenance to Verisure security systems at customers’ premises with a focus on “first time fix” solutions
• Providing a detailed, informed walk-through of the Verisure Alarm system
• Establish, build and manage strong long‑term customer relationships
• Identifying reasons why the customer is thinking of leaving and establishing benefits that will improve the customer experience
• Ensuring we are always promoting what is currently best for customer security solution in order to retain customer accounts
• Troubleshooting any issues and repeat false alarms that may arise
• Managing stock materials and company vehicle maintenance in line with schedules

• Strong English communication skills and a good team player
• Ability to start and keep a conversation going, taking over the responsibility of resolving ongoing issues
• Striving to achieve performance and customer targets to earn bonus
• Customer oriented, genuinely passionate about providing an amazing experience through every interaction
• A clean manual driving licence
• Engineering/Technical/Retentions/Sales experience: 1 year (preferred)
