Hours:

zero‑hours cleaning role with no guaranteed minimum hours. Shifts will be offered based on business needs. You will have flexibility to accept or decline shifts.

Hourly Rate: £12.71

Location: Luton, LU4 0NE

We are looking to recruit a Cover Cleaner at our client’s premises. You should be enthusiastic, take pride in your work and bring a positive attitude. You will enjoy an award‑winning team.

• Dedicate time on site to maintain high standards across different shift hours.
• Undergo induction and training in the first week to learn the cleaning specification and equipment use.
• Provide high‑standard customer care during all shift hours.
• Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials.
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain health and safety standards and receive full guidance.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

• Positive attitude and, if possible, cleaning experience—training provided if you match our approach.
• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Basic spoken English for safety communication and interactions.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• Right to work in the UK; evidence required at interview.
• Enhanced DBS check required for this setting.
• Two satisfactory references.
