Working closely with engineers, planners and suppliers you’ll help deliver industry‑leading aircraft performance and one of the highest technical dispatch reliability records in Europe.

As a Stores Operative you’ll play a key role in keeping our aircraft flying safely and on time. You’ll support planned maintenance activity by ensuring the right materials, tools and components are available when they’re needed. With a strong eye for detail and a safety‑first mindset you’ll help maintain our high regulatory and operational standards every single day.

• Receiving, inspecting and handling materials, tooling and shipments
• Supporting planned maintenance through accurate pre‑loading of aircraft spares
• Managing stock levels and liaising with suppliers to maintain minimum operating requirements
• Handling unserviceable components including quarantine and timely returns
• Supporting COAS requirements and tooling loans between bases
• Monitoring calibration periods for tools and equipment
• Working in line with health, safety, regulatory and company requirements

• Have experience in engineering stores tooling and logistics environments
• Enjoy working in a fast‑paced operational setting where precision really matters
• Can be based in Gatwick and work to a shift pattern of Day & Night or Perm Night Shifts

• Experience in an engineering stores or tooling environment is essential
• Strong attention to detail and confidence using IT systems
• A flexible approach to meet operational demands and deadlines
• A current driving licence (this is essential)
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivery and continuous improvement

This full‑time role will be based in Luton Airport. We have two positions, working a DDNN 12 hour, and Permanent Nights both 5‑5‑4 shifts. Please confirm which shift you are applying for.
