Aircraft Cleaning Agent - FULL TIME Airport

Location: Luton Airport

Salary: £20.50 – £25.50 per hour (Shift premiums for nights/weekends)

Position Type: Full-time & Part-time available (Permanent)

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Airport Cleaning Operatives to join our terminal services team. You will be the face of the airport, ensuring that passengers have a world-class experience in a clean, safe, and hygienic environment. This role is fast‑paced and essential to the 24/7 operation of London's busiest travel hubs.

• Terminal Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining high-traffic areas including departure lounges, check-in desks, and arrival halls.
• Washroom Hygiene: Ensuring all restroom facilities are cleaned, disinfected, and restocked to a high standard throughout the shift.
• Waste Management: Emptying bins, recycling properly, and ensuring floors are free of litter and spillages.
• Specialist Cleaning: Operating industrial cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and vacuum cleaners (training provided).
• Security Awareness: Remaining vigilant and reporting any unattended baggage or suspicious activity to Airport Security immediately.
• Customer Service: Providing friendly assistance to passengers who may have questions about directions or facilities.
