• Cleaning communal areas, offices, hostels, and residential properties
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained
• Working safely and using equipment and cleaning products correctly
• Reporting maintenance or health and safety concerns when identified
• Providing a friendly and professional service to customers and colleagues
