WPS is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead and manage technical service delivery across our property services portfolio, ensuring compliance, quality, and operational excellence.

• Oversee technical service operations, ensuring adherence to statutory and contractual requirements.
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance activities across multiple sites.
• Lead and develop a team of engineers and technical staff to deliver high standards of service.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in building services and compliance.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional service.

• Proven experience in a technical management role within property services or building maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and building regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and deliver cost‑effective solutions.
