Position: Dynamic Inventory Manager

Overview

Dynamic Inventory is a critical part of how we sell holidays. It ensures hotel availability flows smoothly through our systems and reaches customers at the right price, at the right time. We’re looking for a Dynamic Inventory Manager who will step into an established function with clear responsibilities, strong partnerships, and scope to evolve how dynamic inventory works across the business.

As our Dynamic Inventory Manager, you’ll lead a small team responsible for setting up and managing dynamic inventory rules and connections with our hotel partners. You’ll make sure rooms, occupancies, and board types flow cleanly through our technical partners and core platform, so hotels are available to sell at the right cost, at the right time.

You’ll work closely with external partners including channel managers, aggregators, and hotels, building strong working relationships and resolving issues quickly when they arise.

Inside easy

Jet holidays, you’ll collaborate with Purchasing, Product, Content, Inventory, and Trading teams to design processes that work end to end. You’ll use reporting and insight to keep inventory healthy. Working with MI and BI teams, you’ll spot opportunities for growth, identify data or connectivity issues early, and keep stakeholders informed if anything risks impacting trading.

The role combines people leadership with hands on problem solving. You’ll support and develop your team, set clear priorities, and create ways of working that scale as the business grows.

What you’ll bring to the team

You will need to have experience working in a commercial environment and understand how inventory, availability, and cost connect to sales performance. Experience with hotel connectivity, channel managers, or aggregators is helpful, but curiosity and commercial judgement matter just as much.

You’re analytical and logical in how you think. You’re comfortable working with numbers, paying attention to detail, and balancing precision with pace.

You’re organised, motivated, and focused on results. When problems appear, you look for solutions and build processes that prevent them happening again.

You’ve led and developed a team before and enjoy supporting people to do their best work. You communicate clearly, are self aware, and bring confidence without ego.

You’re comfortable working across teams in a matrixed environment, managing multiple priorities and keeping things moving when demands compete.

You enjoy shaping processes, improving ways of working, and helping a team and a function grow.

The role is full-time and based at our easy

Jet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model with three in-office days per week.
