Monitor, analyse, and collate operational data, identifying trends, exceptions, and opportunities to improve performance.
Conduct line management duties including recruitment, onboarding, appraisals, absence management, and expenses oversight, ensuring consistent project coverage.
Take ownership of operational challenges, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring KPIs, performance targets, and contractual obligations are consistently met.
Maintain compliance with service specifications, reporting requirements, and safeguarding protocols, responding swiftly to emergency situations.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with MOJ commissioners, Probation Service teams, Homelessness Prevention teams, landlords, local charities, and partner agencies.
Attend operational and governance meetings, representing the business professionally and contributing to strategic development of CAS3 services.
Oversee regional property stock and manage allocation, compliance, and governance standards.
Maintain strict financial control over regional expenses, adhering to company policies and processes.
Foster a positive, high-performance team culture, recognising achievements, building strong relationships, and sharing best practice across regions.
What We'd Love To See From You:
Proven leadership and management experience, ideally with remote or field-based teams.
Strong operational experience within fast-paced supported housing, CAS3 or similar MOJ contracts.
Demonstrable ability to manage individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
Confident and professional communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
Highly organised, able to prioritise competing demands, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ICT systems for performance monitoring and reporting.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
Enhanced Disclosure check required.
