Guidant Global is launching an exciting new Learning & Development Administration Managed Service within the defence sector. As part of this brand‑new team build, we’re looking for a highly organised, people‑focused L&D Team Leader to oversee the day‑to‑day operation of this high‑profile service

.You’ll lead a team of six L&D Coordinators, ensure the successful delivery of more than 16,000 training bookings per year, and act as the key operational link between internal stakeholders and suppliers.
