Role Overview
Are you an experienced Home Manager, Registered Manager or Service Manager within learning disabilities social care? Do you want to work for a fantastic local specialist care provider?
My client is seeking a skilled and motivational manager to oversee a residential home based in Luton, Bedfordshire.
Salary and Working PatternSalary up to £45,000, dependent on experience.
Monday to Friday working pattern with on‑call duties.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee a residential home in Luton, Bedfordshire.
- Develop and maintain a high‑quality service that meets the needs of residents with learning disabilities.
- Lead, coach, and motivate staff to create a culture of continuous improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance service quality and innovate service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and maintain accurate records of inspections.
- QCF Level 5 or NVQ Level 4 in a relevant field.
- Proven CQC track record via inspection reports.
- Experience working with adults with learning disabilities.
- CQC service management or supervisory experience.
- Competitive salary up to £45,000.
