Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager based in Luton you'll be responsible for:

• Leading, developing and coaching a team of 20+ in our branch
• Offering excellent customer service with a focus on sales with full P&L responsibility
• Maintaining health and safety legislation
• Build strong rapport and relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Overseeing and managing 6000 items of hire fleet
• Experience of managing and leading teams
• A process driven approach
• Experience of Merchanting or equipment hire would be a massive advantage
• A focus on sales, delivery and equipment availability

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm.
