NHS Blood and Transplant is seeking an Assistant Director to lead the Strategic Operations of the Donor Experience Directorate. You will develop long-term strategies, secure agreement with the Senior Management Team, and drive implementation across donor campaigns and services.
You will work with stakeholders across NHS, government, and third sectors, manage a multi-year change programme and lead a national multi-functional team.
