We are working with a well‑established and expanding manufacturer seeking skilled Maintenance Engineers to support a modern, high‑volume FMCG production site in Luton, Bedfordshire. Operating within a fast‑paced FMCG environment, you'll be responsible for a balanced mix of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance, ensuring machinery and production lines run safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

• Carrying out planned maintenance on a range of automated manufacturing and packaging equipment
• Responding to breakdowns and fault‑finding in a time‑critical production environment
• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• Working closely with production teams to maintain output and quality standards

This role is Monday to Friday, days only, offering excellent work‑life balance and routine working hours.

• Experienced Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical or Multi‑Skilled)
• Background within FMCG, manufacturing, or automated production environments
• Strong fault‑finding skills and a proactive maintenance approach

• £45,000 - £50,000 salary (dependent on experience)
