We are currently seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our client’s growing team based in Luton. This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for high-quality workmanship to work in a supportive and well-equipped workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform TIG welding on a range of materials, including stainless steel and aluminium
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards
- Carry out basic fabrication and finishing work where required
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines
- Proven experience as a TIG Welder
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Consistent Monday–Friday daytime hours (no weekends)
- Competitive hourly rate of £15 per hour
