We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical Fitter / Machine Builder to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and testing bespoke machinery and production equipment to high quality standards.

• Assemble and build mechanical machinery from engineering drawings.
• Fit and align mechanical components, bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, and pneumatic systems.
• Carry out machine testing and fault-finding where required.
• Work with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Support installation and commissioning of machinery when required.
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment.

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Fitter, Machine Builder, or similar engineering role.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to quality and safety.

• Experience with automated machinery or special purpose machines.
• Basic knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Forklift, IPAF, or overhead crane certification (advantageous but not essential).
