Found Food & Drink is seeking an experienced Senior Hygiene Manager to lead the hygiene function in a fast-paced bakery manufacturing site. You will drive food safety, cleaning, pest management and waste standards while partnering with Operations, Technical, Engineering, Planning and Health & Safety to uphold high standards.
You will develop the hygiene strategy, manage audits and lead root-cause investigations, empowering teams on the factory floor and creating a culture of accountability.
