Key Responsibilities & Experience- Demonstrable success in driving OEE improvements within complex manufacturing operations
- Extensive experience in TPM implementation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Proven ability to lead and develop technically focused engineering and manufacturing teams
- Strong understanding of data-led performance management and process optimisation
- Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment
- A hands-on leader who can operate at both strategic and operational levels
- Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
- A technically minded Manufacturing Engineering Manager with significant senior-level experience
- A leader who is credible on the shop floor and respected by engineering specialists
- Someone who thrives in high-accountability, high-expectation environments
