to work in Newtown
- Pay: £13.50 to £16.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Hours of Work: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, day shifts. Start time varies.

Job Details:
- Pay: £13.50 to £16.00 per hour, depending on experience

, you will carry out MIG welding and fabrication on materials ranging from 3mm to 40mm in thickness. The Welder/Fabricator will manufacture and weld a wide range of forklift and telehandler attachments and other industrial products, including bespoke products built to customer requirements. You will also inspect completed welds to ensure accuracy, quality and a consistently high standard of workmanship.
Essential Skills, Experience, or
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a Welder/Fabricator or in a similar welding and fabrication role
- Proficient in the use of band saws and pillar drills
- Confident setting up and operating welding equipment
- MIG welding experience across a range of material thicknesses
- Minimum Level 2 Welding & Fabrication qualification
- Ability to inspect completed work and maintain high standards of quality
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
- Previous Welder/Fabricator experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- FLT licence would be beneficial
- Experience with stainless steel TIG welding
Commutable From: Newtown, Oswestry, Welshpool, Powys and surrounding Mid Wales areas
