We are working with a leading brand in the Pro Audio and Music Industry sector, who deliver innovative solutions used by professionals and creators worldwide. As they continue to grow, we are supporting them in strengthening their marketing capability to support product innovation, global expansion and deeper audience engagement. We are seeking a commercially minded Marketing Lead to shape and execute strategy across Studio, Pro Audio and MI portfolio.
This is a strategic yet hands‑on role, responsible for delivering impactful campaigns, leading product launches and driving measurable business growth. Working cross‑functionally with product, sales, creative, digital marketing and e‑commerce teams, you will ensure marketing activity is aligned to commercial objectives, data‑driven and results‑focused.
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies aligned to commercial and brand objectives
- Plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns across digital, social, content, email, paid media and events
- Lead end‑to‑end product launches, including positioning, messaging and go‑to‑market delivery
- Manage product lifecycle marketing across the portfolio
- Strengthen brand positioning and scale marketing activity to support growth
- Plan and deliver industry events, trade shows and experiential activity
- Own marketing reporting, performance tracking and campaign optimisation
- Utilise CRM and MRM platforms to manage campaigns, assets and workflows effectively
- 3-5 years' experience in a marketing management role
- Proven track record delivering successful marketing strategies and product launches
- Strong commercial acumen with clear evidence of business impact
- Experience with in Pro Audio, MI or creative technology industries
- Understanding of audio production, live sound or music technology markets
- Data‑driven, highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects
- Hands‑on experience with CRM, analytics and reporting tools
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about music, audio and creative technology
