We are currently recruiting for a creative and enthusiastic Sales & Social Media Assistant to join our team. This role will involve supporting sales activities, managing social media content, engaging with customers, and helping to grow brand awareness across online platforms.

• Create and manage content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and Tik Tok.
• Plan and schedule social media posts, promotions, and campaigns.
• Engage with customers and respond to messages and enquiries online.
• Support sales activities, including contacting customers and following up leads.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist with creating marketing materials, adverts, and promotional content.
• Monitor social media trends and suggest new ideas to increase engagement.
• Update website content and online listings where required.
• Track social media performance and provide feedback on successful campaigns.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing team.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or social media preferred.
• Confident using social media platforms and creating engaging content.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and promoting products/services.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and social media tools.
