Blu Digital is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition strategy, budget and performance across Google Ads and Meta. You will be hands-on, auditing accounts, refining targeting and exclusions, building campaigns and continuously testing and optimizing performance.
You will use GA4, Mixpanel and CRM data to analyse performance by channel and lead quality, connect acquisition to downstream customer value and report on spend, volume and CAC.
