Website Performance Marketing Manager; In-House

We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on Website Performance Marketing Manager to take full ownership of all paid digital marketing across our websites.

This is not a junior role and not a strategy‑only role. You will be directly responsible for planning, executing, optimising and reporting on paid activity with clear commercial accountability.

You will work closely with senior management, e-commerce, pricing and operations to ensure marketing spend is efficient, controlled and profitable.

• Paid Search:
  Google Ads & Bing Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax where appropriate)
• Paid Social:
  Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Affiliates & Referral Channels
• Email & CRM:
  Klaviyo campaign management, segmentation, automations and revenue attribution
• Budget planning and daily spend control
• ROAS, CAC and contribution margin management
• Landing page and funnel performance optimisation
• Attribution, reporting and insight (not vanity metrics)

• Proven experience managing significant paid media budgets in‑house
• Strong commercial mindset (you understand margin, not just clicks)
• Hands‑on expertise in Google Ads and Meta
• Experience with Klaviyo and e‑commerce email marketing
• Confident reporting performance to senior stakeholders
• Comfortable being fully accountable for results

• E‑commerce or retail background
• Experience in multi‑brand or multi‑site environments
• Affiliate or partnership channel experience

• Full Time Monday to Friday
• Shift hours flexible between 6am to 6pm
• Between 40 to 42.5 hours per week
